Meetings
Overview
The SE&C User Group Customer Council intends to sponsor two on-site meetings each year. General membership meetings and the agenda will be planned by the Council. Geographic location and venue selected will be open and accessible to all members.
Electronic notices of all meetings will be distributed to all members at least two weeks prior to any meeting. Membership in the User Group is required for participation in these meetings.
There are no individual or company fees associated with membership in the SES User Group. To offset meeting costs, there may be specific, one-time charges associated with attending meetings, which are based on actual costs. These costs may include, for example, copying materials, meals or meeting room charges.
